What is being offered

Players who make their first ever real money deposit of €10 or more using Bonus Code ‘STARS1000’, can claim a bonus of up to €1,000.

When is the offer being conducted

This offer runs from 00:01 WEST on September 20, 2023 until 23:59 WEST on September 16, 2024.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

The offer is only available to players who have registered for a new Stars Account via this web page after September 19, 2023 and have not previously made any real money deposits at PokerStars. To be eligible for the offer, players must:

1. make a deposit of €10 or more using bonus code ‘STARS1000’ in the Cashier;
2. play real money poker, or wager on the site within 120 days after making the qualifying deposit; and
3. collect the requisite redemption points (as specified below) during the 4 month period.

Players may make up to 3 qualifying deposits so as to receive the maximum reward payable under this offer, provided that all qualifying deposits: (i) are made within 60 days from the date of the first qualifying deposit; and (ii) are made using bonus code ‘STARS1000’

If, after making their first qualifying deposit, players activate a separate deposit offer prior to completing any further qualifying deposits permitted as part of this offer, then players must: (i) ensure that all permitted qualifying deposits for this offer are conducted within 60 days from the date of the first qualifying deposit; and (ii) fulfil all necessary criteria as set out in these Terms & Conditions.

If no bonus code is used when making a qualifying deposit, and provided that all applicable terms of this offer are fulfilled, then:

1. players may contact Support via our Help Center within 7 days from the date of their first qualifying deposit so that their Stars Account can be credited with the relevant reward; or
2. if more than 7 days but less than 3 months have passed from the date of the first qualifying deposit, players may still be credited with the relevant reward as long as they contact Support before the expiry of the 3 months.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

The reward will be paid out for each €5 (or currency equivalent) increment of the qualifying deposit made immediately after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Players have 4 months after each qualifying deposit to earn all the redemption points needed to release their bonus.

The amount of reward that players can receive will depend on the number of redemption points that players earn during the relevant period. No reward will be credited for a period exceeding 4 months from the first qualifying deposit.

What else do you need to know

If any amount is withdrawn at any time after making a qualifying deposit, any subsequent deposits cannot count as qualifying deposits. However, any pre-withdrawal qualifying deposit continues to be valid, and players can still collect any reward generated.

We reserve the right to withhold rewards if there is reason to suspect that a deposit is fraudulent, or that it has not been made with the intention of using it to play real money games.

What is being offered

New casino players can claim our first deposit bonus offer and double their deposit up to €1,000.

When is the offer being conducted

This offer is valid from 12:00 WEST on July 26, 2022 and is ongoing.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

This offer is only available to players who have never played any real money games at PokerStars Casino. The offer is strictly limited to one per person/household/IP address.

To be eligible for this offer, players must deposit €10 or more using the deposit code CASINO1000. Maximum qualifying deposit is €1,000.

Only deposits made by using debit card (Visa or Mastercard), MB WAY and Multibanco will qualify for this offer. Deposits with any other method will not trigger the welcome offer.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Upon successful qualifying deposit, player will be credited a Casino Instant Bonus for [2X] the amount deposited ([1X] contributed amount + [1X] bonus funds). The maximum balance credited is €1,000 which will be awarded for a €1,000 cash deposit. Any deposit amount remaining above the maximum qualifying deposit will be credited to your account as cash.

Casino Instant Bonus (and any winnings derived from stakes placed using the bonus) will expire 28 days from issue if the wagering requirements are not fully met.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

Casino Instant Bonus can be used to play any Slots.

Upon fulfilling the wagering requirements of the Casino Instant Bonus, the winnings resulting from playing with said bonus can be withdrawn. Players must earn 5 redemption points per €1 of casino instant Bonus awarded before the bonus expires.

Playing any Slots will contribute 100% towards your wagering requirement.

When placing a wager, funds will be taken proportionally from the currently available bonus funds balance and the currently available contributed amount. If the amount of available bonus funds and contributed amount together is not enough to make a bet then the remaining balance is taken from the real money balance. However, only the contributed amount and bonus funds will contribute towards the wagering requirement and not the portion of the bet made using the real money balance.

The maximum bet allowed when using the Casino Instant Bonus funds is €6 per round. When placing a wager that exceeds this amount, the excess amount will be taken from the real money balance, if available.

Any losses incurred when playing with your Casino Instant Bonus will be deducted proportionally from the portion of the Casino Instant Bonus representing your original cash deposit and received bonus funds.

Players can withdraw their contributed amount at any time. However, by withdrawing the contributed amount any bonus funds left will be forfeited if the wagering requirements have not been fully met. Surrendering your bonus package will immediately make your contributed balance available to you, but your bonus funds balance will be forfeit. You can track the surrender value of your bonus via the 'My Rewards' menu.

Any winnings derived from stakes placed from using Casino Instant Bonuses are considered part of the bonus until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled. As soon as players have earned the redemption points required, the Casino Instant Bonus winnings will be credited to their account instantly once all game sessions have been exited.
