Terms and Conditions – NJR x Gotaga Poker Night France ("Special Terms")

1. The organizer of this Promotion is REEL Malta Limited ("Organizer", "we" or "us"), whose registered office is at Spinola Park, Level 2, Triq Mikiel Ang Borg, St Julians SPK 1000, Malta. 

2. Neymar da Silva Santos Junior ("Neymar Jr"), NEYMAR SPORT & MARKETING LTDA and KIN PARTNERS are not organizers of this Promotion and are therefore not responsible for the operation of this Promotion and have no liability to any entrant in connection with this Promotion. 

3. Gotaga, Doigby, Domingo, Marquinhos, Gilmar and Luan are not organizers of this Promotion and are therefore not responsible for the operation of this Promotion and have no liability to any entrant in connection with this Promotion.

4. By entering this Promotion, participants ("Entrant(s)") a) agree to be bound by these Special Terms and the general terms and conditions for promotions ("General Terms") that apply to all promotions and competitions organized by the Organizer in connection with the PokerStars.fr website ("Site") and b) confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements for the Promotion.

5. When we mention "Community" henceforth we mean Social Media audiences from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch.

6. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network.

7. This Promotion is not in conjunction with or tied to any other promotions that may be running at the same time or other times. 

8. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion.

9. Entrants must meet the eligibility requirements as specified in these Special Terms and the General Terms. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in an entry being invalid and/or forfeiture of any prize.

10. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, resident in France and have a verified and validated account on the Site. Proof of identification, age and address may be required at the request of the Organizer and the Organizer reserves the right to conduct any ID and security checks it sees fit to confirm Entrants comply with all eligibility requirements.

11. The Promotion is not open to employees of the Organizer and their parents, siblings, spouse, partner, cousins and children, the Organizer's agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion.

12. Entrants must not permit or allow another person to take part in the Promotion on their behalf.

13. There will be one (1) NJR x Gotaga Poker Night Freeroll (referred to in the lobby as "Le Freeroll NJR x Gotaga Poker Night") on the Site. The Freeroll will be published in the Site client four (4) days prior to the start of the tournament and will be password protected. Information regarding the password will be present in the lobby description. Password will be distributed to the Community by Gotaga, Doigby and Domingo via their respective Social Media channels once the registration is open. 14. Concurrently, Gotaga, Doigby, Domingo, Neymar Jr, Marquinhos, Gilmar and Luan will play the NJR x Gotaga Poker Night Event, a live poker event, hosted in Gotaga's studio.

15. The NJR x Gotaga Poker Night Event will take place on 15th December, 2021 at 19:00 CET.

16. The NJR x Gotaga Poker Night Freeroll will take place on 15th December, 2021 at 19:00 CET, with 120 minutes of late registration period. The event will be streamed live on Gotaga's Twitch channel.

17. The NJR x Gotaga Poker Night Freeroll has a prize pool of €20,000 in ticket bundles, consisting of Spin & Go (SAG) tickets and tournament tickets for Winter Series. The tournament pay-out structure is as follows:

Top 20 will also receive NJR branded deck of cards.

In addition, during the NJR x Gotaga Poker Night Event €1,000 worth of ticket bundles will be distributed to 40 live stream viewers. Winners will be chosen randomly and each will receive a €25 Spin & Go tickets bundle (4 x €5 Spin & Go ticket and 5 x €1 Spin & Go ticket). Participation requirements and winners will be announced on Gotaga's Twitch channel.

18. The NJR x Gotaga Poker Night Event will award a trophy to the winner.

19. Any prize mentioned above may be replaced with a substitute prize of equal or greater value, if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Spin & Go tickets can be used to register and play Spin & Go tournaments on the Site with buy-ins corresponding to the value of the ticket. Winter Series tickets can only be used for the Winter Series tournaments on the Site with buy-ins corresponding to the value of the ticket. Any unused tickets after the completion of the series will be forfeited.

20. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify an Entrant and forfeit their prize where the Organizer has reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Special Terms and/or the General Terms and/or any terms and conditions relating to participation in the tournaments and/or where an Entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion and/or has used fraudulent means in connection with the Promotion and/or the tournaments. The Organizer will be the final arbiter in any decisions, which will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in this respect.

21. If the Organizer wishes to promote the Promotion and the prize winners for PR purposes, it will seek the winner's consent and the winner may be asked to provide a quote about the win, their name, their town/city of residence and a photograph for publication on the Site and the Organizer’s social channels.

22. The Organizer, its group companies and its agencies and contractors, shall not be liable for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or at any website, including any injury to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Promotion.

23. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice, including in the event of any actual breach of any applicable law or regulation or in any other event outside of the Organizer's control, and the Organizer shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Special Terms, and such change shall be effective immediately upon posting them on the Site.

24. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the Organizer does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Entrant as a result of either participating in the Promotion or not winning a prize.

25. Entrants shall provide their information exclusively to the Organizer and to no other person. The information provided will only be used in connection with the Promotion in accordance with the Privacy Policy available here.

26. The Promotion and these Special Terms shall be governed by French law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

27. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or any part of the Special Terms does not affect or impede the continued validity, legality and enforceability of the remainder of the Special Terms.
