A Bank Wire Transfer allows you to make a fund transfer in different currencies from your bank account to your Stars Account. The currencies available to you depend on your registered country.
You can make the transfer online at your bank's website, by telephone banking, by mailing/faxing the details to your bank or by visiting your bank in person.
Please, feel free to use any of the below platforms that may be available to you.
Desktop client: To make a deposit, login to your account and click the 'Cashier' button. Next, click on the 'Bank Wire Transfer' button and follow the on-screen instructions.
App users: To make a deposit, login to your account, select the Real Money tab in the lobby, then tap on the ‘Deposit’ button. Next, tap on the 'Bank Wire Transfer' button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Web users: To make a deposit, login to your account and click the 'Deposit' button. Next, click on the 'Bank Wire Transfer' button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please Note: If your transfer form does not have space for the reference number provided, place it in front of your name. Omitting the reference number may result in payment delay or non-receipt.
It is important that you contact us for each subsequent Bank Wire Transfer that you wish to make, in order to get a new unique one-time reference number. Reusing reference numbers may result in a payment delay or non-receipt.
We do not allow your Bank Wire Transfers to be made via a third-party. This is due to anti-money laundering regulations. You may be charged all banking and administrative costs to return any such payment.

Bank Wire Transfer withdrawals are not supported.

Wire fees from your bank and intermediary bank (if applicable) will apply. Please ensure that you clearly instruct your bank to deduct any transaction fees associated with the wire remittance. We will only honour charges applied by the receiving bank.
Please consider the available currencies in your account, and the choice of currency you wish to make the request in carefully before you initiate your transfer request.
