What are Chests?

A Chest shows the reward or the Challenges linked to a promotion.

The value of a Chest depends on the promotion you joined.

There are two types of Chests:

• unlocked Chests
• locked Chests

What are unlocked Chests?

An unlocked Chest contains a reward. You receive unlocked Chests as a gift or after you complete Challenges.

You can open an unlocked Chest right away or on the unlock date shown on the Chest.

How do I check the status of my Chests?

You can check the status of your Chests in the Rewards section. Here's the path:

Promotions and Rewards → My Rewards → Chests.

A green padlock means you can open the Chest now.

A yellow hourglass means the Chest opens on the date shown beneath it.

What are locked Chests?

Locked Chests indicate that you are taking part in a promotion.

Locked Chests do not include a reward.

A locked Chest can appear greyed out or expired.

How can I see the requirements for a locked Chest?

You receive the requirements for your Challenges in an email or a pop‑up notification. ,

Requirements may include:

• completing a wagering Challenge
• making a deposit

What happens after I unlock a Chest?

When you unlock the Chest, the system opens the 'Challenges' window.

You can see the full Challenge details there.

You receive your reward after you complete the Challenge.

How do I see my Chests on the website?

You can see your Chests from the 'Promotions' page.

Open the Challenges page to view your Chests.
