What is being offered

Tidal Rush offer consists of 9 challenges, presented as a grid divided by 3 rows (reels) and 3 columns.

Players who take part in the Tidal Rush offer during the offer period, as specified below, will win a reward for each set of three completed challenges on a reel and an additional reward for completing the full grid. Rewards are in your Challenge Window. 

When is the offer being conducted

This offer runs from 09:00 WEST on May 14 until 23:59 WEST on May 28, 2025.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

The offer is only available to invited players.

To participate in the offer and have their progress measured, players must opt-in via the Challenges Window and then complete different challenges on each reel during the offer period by playing Slot games. There are 3 challenges available to complete on each reel. Players must complete the challenges in sequence. Multiple challenges cannot be completed at the same time.

Only one initial opt-in is required. Any wagers placed prior to opting in will not count towards the progress.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

Tidal Rush challenges can only be completed by playing Slot games, as specified in your ‘Challenges Window’.
Minimum wager per spin applies to all qualifying rounds, as specified in your ‘Challenges Window’.

Players can only complete each of these challenges once.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Players will receive their rewards immediately upon completion of each reel, i.e. one reward per 3 completed challenges, this either being a fixed reward or a probability-based reward, as specified in your ‘Challenges Window’.

After completing all Tidal Rush challenges, players will also receive an entry for the Pick a Vault game. The Pick a Vault game consists of 5 vaults and each of them contains a reward. Players will need to pick one vault in each Pick a Vault game to claim their reward. Probabilities are listed in your ‘Challenges Window’. 

All rewards will be credited inside a Chest. Players will need to open the Chests to claim their rewards. Unopened Chests will expire 72 hours after being issued.

Free Spins can only be used specified games and may not be exchanged for cash or Free Spins on other games. Each Free Spin will award a wager of €0.10. Winnings from Free Spins will be paid once all spins have been played and be awarded as Casino Instant Bonus. Free Spins will expire in 72 hours/days after being credited. Upon expiry, all remaining spins and pending winnings will be lost.

Casino Instant Bonus awarded for playing Free Spins can be used to play any slot games. Upon fulfilling the wagering requirements of the Casino Instant Bonus, the winnings resulting from playing with said bonus can be withdrawn. Players must earn 0.1 redemption point (0.1 for every €1 in bonus) before the bonus expires. Casino Instant Bonuses paid for Free Spins winnings (and any winnings derived from stakes placed using the bonus) will expire in 72 hours if the wagering requirements are not fully met.  

Casino Instant Bonus awarded for completing the challenges can be used to play any slot games. Upon fulfilling the wagering requirements of the Casino Instant Bonus, the winnings resulting from playing with said bonus can be withdrawn. When placing a wager, funds will be taken from the currently available Casino Instant Bonus balance first (if it has been brought to the game), and from the currently available real money balance second.    

Any winnings derived from stakes placed from using Casino Instant Bonuses are considered part of the bonus until wagering requirements have been fulfilled. As soon as players have earned the redemption points required, the Casino Instant Bonus winnings will be credited to their account instantly once all game sessions have been exited.
