Customize sound options

To customize sound options from the computer version of our software, go to:

1. Settings
2. Global
3. Sounds
   • To adjust the volume of all sounds, use the Master Volume slider.
   • To adjust the volume of individual sounds, use the slider next to the desired sound.
   • You can also use Reset to default volume to return the volume settings to default.
   • To disable a particular sound effect, uncheck the effect that you wish to remove.
   • If you would rather upload your own sounds, select a sound event check box, click the [Browse...] options and locate the sound files you would like to use from your computer (.wav format only). Then, click on the musical note next to it to hear the new sound.
   • To adjust the software sounds to the original configuration, select Reset to default sounds.

If you're using a mobile device, sound options are limited to turning on or turning off all sounds. To do this, go to More (iOS) or the menu (Android), then:

If you're using the PokerStars Next Gen app, tap on the Account button to launch the Account panel, then:
