Change or add a name to the package booking

All hotel rooms are non-refundable, non-transferrable and will be booked in the qualifier's name. You may add a guest name but the room will remain in your name.

If  you put a guest’s name on your room, you are responsible for anyone occupying your hotel room, regardless of whether you check-in or not. If your guest causes damage or fails to pay their bill for items they have signed to the room, you will be charged by the hotel for the unpaid bills/damages caused.
