Username

Each player only has one account with one username. We do this to help ensure a fair environment for all our players, as an essential part of poker is knowing an opponent. The more you play against someone, the better you know their style of play and how to react to it. Multiple usernames would allow players to hide behind a new identity and use their experience of how others play to beat them.

As well as this, one username allows us to deliver a more seamless experience to our customers:

• One username and one password. You'll only need to remember one username and password to access any of our products and brands available in your region.
• One wallet and one account balance. Managing your payment methods will be much easier.
• Universal account settings. If you need to change the address on your account or add a PIN or security token, you'll only need to do it once.
• Efficiency. Accessing our player support functions will be more efficient.

Rules to know before choosing your username

If you've just created an account and you're choosing your username, here are some rules to keep in mind:

• It's not possible to change your username after you've created the account.
• Usernames should have a minimum of four and up to 15 characters.
• Usernames can include letters, numbers, spaces, and hyphens.
• Offensive or inappropriate usernames are not allowed.
• Do not include personal information in your username.
• Usernames similar in name to any of our Pros are not permitted.

How to recover a forgotten username

To recover your username, follow these steps:

1. Select the 'Login' button in our software or on the website.
2. Select 'Forgot password?'.
3. Enter the registered email address.
4. Hit 'Send'.
5. If you've submitted a valid email address, we'll send you a reminder of your username.

You won't be able to open a new account if you've forgotten your username.
