When to expect your order
Delivery times for our items vary depending on where you are in the world:
| Region | Delivery time from dispatch notification |
| UK | 3-5 business days |
| Europe | 7-10 business days |
| Rest of the World | 10-15 business days |
If you don't receive the order within 28 days, get in touch with us as soon as you can.
To see your orders, log in to your account and select:
My Stars → Rewards Store → Order History
If there is a problem with delivery of your order, let us know within six weeks to make a claim. Past this time, we cannot reimburse you unless the shipping company returns your package to us.
