Update my registered mailing address after withdrawal request
To update your mailing address, you'll first need to cancel any pending withdrawal requests. Then update your address and resubmit a new withdrawal request.
You can cancel your pending withdrawal request/s by going to the Cashier and selecting ‘View/Cancel Pending Withdrawal’.
Alternatively, wait until all pending withdrawals have been processed before making any changes to your address.
